The Sanskrit term Prakriti means nature or constitution, referring to an individual’s innate biological constitution, determined by the predominance of the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) at the time of conception. Prakriti is influenced by hereditary factors and conditions during pregnancy.
“Prakriti is the eternal womb from which all things are produced; she is the eternal nature of this manifested world.”
Swami Vivekananda
The feminine principle of Prakriti is a fundamental and omnipresent force that forms the basis of all material existence and all life processes. She is the creative energy that, in interaction with Purusha, gives birth to the universe and its many forms and phenomena. By understanding and respecting Prakriti, we can live in harmony with nature and maintain a healthy balance in all aspects of life.
In Indian philosophy, the feminine principle of Prakriti represents the creative, dynamic and material energy of the universe. This principle is often associated with nature, matter and the vital force that generates, sustains and transforms life. Prakriti gives birth to the universe and all its manifestations, is in constant dynamic transformation and is the source of the diversity of life and all its forms.
Prakriti is often symbolised by Shakti, the Divine Mother in Hindu tradition, representing feminine power and creative energy. She is revered as the force that nourishes and sustains all life. Prakriti is seen as the vital energy that enables creation, transformation and dissolution in the universe. By understanding and respecting the qualities of Prakriti, we can live in harmony with natural cycles and maintain physical, mental and spiritual balance.

PRAKRITI a synergy to awaken and support feminine energy
“The world needs women’s gentleness, courage, tenacity, resilience and creativity.” –
Deepak Chopra
PRAKRITI makes you receptive and creates a connection between the 2ème and 4ème chakras, enabling you to feel your physical and emotional needs and desires more fully. Its sensual, enchanting fragrance makes it easier to let go and take action.
PRAKRITI awakens the qualities associated with the feminine aspect of yin: receptivity, capacity for integration, ability to give shape to and materialise ideas. Tenacity, faith and trust in Mother Nature. Instinct and intuition.
PRAKRITI helps you form a deep bond with another person while respecting your own primordial nature. A synergy that helps us to see the magic of the present moment, to savour exceptional moments more fully.
PRAKRITI helps us to free ourselves from toxic and unhealthy habits, things and attachments. It helps us to recognise those bonds that appear positive but have gained too much hold on our lives. It facilitates detachment and helps us to consider new perspectives.
If you want to be more receptive and open to moments together, you’d like to develop your feminine sensuality further:
- Mix 60 drops of PRAKRITI with 100 ml of vegetable oil. Massage the lower abdomen, lower back and heart area before meeting your partner. Smell the bottle with your eyes closed and your awareness focused on your genital area.
- Diffuse the PRAKRITI synergy in the bedroom.
- Use PRAKRITI as a perfume on the wrists, heart area and behind the ears.
- Mix 8 drops of Prakriti with 3 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda and 2 tablespoons of ylang ylang hydrosol and massage over the entire body before bathing or showering. This peeling has an alkalising effect on the whole body, making it easier to let go and leaving the skin softer.
- As a therapist, you can supplement your massage oils with PRAKRITI for women suffering from hormonal disorders (premenopause, menopause, amenorrhoea, etc.).
If you’d like to free yourself from a relationship where you feel dominance or unhealthy dependency, if you’d like to assert yourself more in a relationship, if you’d like to free yourself from a bad habit, do the following ritual for 9 consecutive days:
- Before breakfast: sit comfortably.
- Apply 1 drop of PRAKRITI to the pubis, 1 drop to the solar plexus, 1 drop to the heart and 1 drop to the top of the skull.
- Smell the bottle of PRAKRITI for two minutes with your consciousness at heart level, then for two minutes with your consciousness at the top of your skull.
- Put the bottle down.
- Then start quoting a positive, transformative 9 x statement. For example:
- I am freeing myself from my attachment to X for my own good and for the good of all.
- I’m freeing myself from the dominance of X… and I want to see new perspectives.
If you want to rediscover your true nature and develop more instinct for your physical, emotional and sexual needs, the 40-day ritual will help you.
- Before going to bed: rub the soles of the feet and inner thighs with a few drops of PRAKRITI and apply a drop to the pubic area.
- Put 2 – 3 drops on a tissue and place it on your pillow.
- As you drift off to sleep, imagine that you are in the middle of an orange sphere.
- Surrounding yourself with the colour orange reinforces the ritual.
You have developed too much energy, called Yang, which manifests itself in hyperactivity, impatience, irritability, insomnia, muscular tension and pain, the feeling of not being able to hold still, your skin and mucous membranes have become more sensitive and tend to inflame, and you are more sensitive to heat:

- Do a peel once a week: mix 8 drops of PRAKRITI with 3 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda and 2 tablespoons of ylang ylang hydrosol and massage over the entire body before bathing or showering. This peeling has an alkalising effect on the whole body, making it easier to let go and leaving the skin softer.
- Mix 1 bottle of PRAKRITI with 200 ml of vegetable oil. Massage all over your body every day before your morning shower.
- Enjoy a regular relaxing massage such as Mahabhyanga, treatment of the Marma, Muka and Padahbyhanga points, Pada…
