“You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the whole ocean in a drop”. Rumi

The Sanskrit word ANANYA (अनन्या) means INCOMPARABLE, UNIQUE. It symbolises the dissolution of the barriers of the mind and the ego, reconnecting us to the Oneness of all things. We often live with the illusion of being separate from the world, when in reality we are all interconnected. Every breath, every heartbeat, every drop of water that flows through us is an echo of the infinite.

So why do we feel this separation?

The ego locks us into a limited vision of ourselves, creating fear, isolation and disharmony. Yet nature constantly reminds us of this unity: the roots of trees communicate with each other, stars are formed and transformed as they give birth to others, and each living being is part of a larger whole.

Reconnecting with this Oneness means rediscovering inner peace, trust and true love.

ANANYA – THE INCOMPARABLE

a synergy to facilitate resilience and

“Breathing is the bridge between body and mind”.  Thích Nhất Hạnh

ANANYA facilitates resilience, making it easier to tolerate and assimilate all external influences, while remaining aligned and in tune with our deepest values. The synergy soothes hypersensitivity and hyperreactivity.

ANANYA contributes to the circulation of Prana / Qi and thus strengthens vital energy.  By supporting the energetic balance of the lungs and respiratory system, it can help the body to better manage imbalances linked to seasonal and environmental sensitivities

ANANYA plunges you into a subtle alchemy where nature offers its soothing and transformative breath. A composition that invites you to open your heart, let your emotions flow and accept change. It brings harmony and balance, cultivating tolerance and welcoming new experiences.

Increase Prana, Qi… manage imbalances linked to seasonal and environmental sensitivities:

Ayurveda recommends activating certain energy centres called Marma, similar to acupuncture points, to combat respiratory allergies. At the same time, drink 1 – 2 litres of water daily, enriched with hydrosols of blue chamomile, tarragon, St John’s wort and shiso.

Phana Marma – located on either side of the nose, at the base of the nostrils.

Helps open the respiratory tract, reduces congestion and improves the circulation of Prana. Soothes excessive reactions of the immune system. Massage the wings of the nose with the massage oil, then use the two middle fingers to apply gentle pressure at the base of the nose for two minutes, with awareness placed in the 3rd eye.

Sthapani Marma – Ajna, the third eye, located between the two eyebrows

Calms the nervous system, allergic reactions and hyper-reactivity. Apply pressure with your middle finger for 2 minutes with your eyes closed.

Hridaya Marma – Heart centre – in the middle of the sternum

Supports the respiratory system and Prana, balances the immune system. Massage in a circular motion with the palm of the right hand.

Kshipra Marma – at the base of the thumb, on the palm

Stimulates the circulation of Prana and Qi and helps to clear bronchial tubes… To activate, press with the thumb and rotate the wrist a few times.

  • Create a massage oil with 3 ml (60 drops of ANANYA, 10 ml of black cumin oil and 17 ml of St John’s wort oil).
  • Massage the marma points daily as indicated.
  • Repeat this ritual several times a day as the skin changes.
  • Pranayama exercises such as Nadi Shodhana or Bhastrika (blacksmith’s bellows) also contribute to oxygenation and reduce symptoms.
  • To revitalise the body, massage the wrists thoroughly after meals.

The following meditation will help you to become more aware of the universal and cosmic unity within yourself and all around you. You can do it at bedtime in a comfortable sitting position or lying on your back before going to sleep. You don’t have to follow it to the letter, but the following phrases serve as inspiration. If you practise this every night before going to sleep, you will feel more and more a sense of unity, and little by little you will lose your feeling of loneliness and separation:

  • Rub the palms of the feet, the heart area and the top of the skull with a few drops of Ananya. Then apply a drop to the 3rd
  • Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.
  • Anchor yourself in the present moment, become aware of your body and the energy around you.
  • With each inhalation, bring your awareness to the level of the 3rd eye, then move it to the level of the 3rd eye with each exhalation.
  • Then imagine being in the middle of a golden sphere, its energy penetrating you completely and spreading to every one of your cells.
  • Realise that the stars are made up of the same light, the same energy. This energy makes up all the galaxies and every living being on this earth.
  • Imagine yourself as a wave on the ocean: you have an individual form, but you are also an inseparable part of the immensity
  • Feel yourself melt into this ocean of energy. Your body, your mind, your thoughts expand until they become one with all that exists.
  • Feel that everything is interconnected. We are interdependent. Every breath you take is the same as that of trees, animals and other humans.
  • Every atom in your body once belonged to the stars.
  • There is no separation between you and the Universe: you are the Universe experiencing itself in a unique form.
  • Let deep peace emerge
  • If thoughts arise, observe them gently, then bring your attention back to the sensation of being an indivisible whole with the cosmos.
  • Then repeat the mantra AHAM BRAHMASMI until you drift off to sleep.

The mantra “Aham Brahmasmi” (अहम् ब्रह्मास्मि) comes from the Upanishads and means “I am the Brahman”, i.e. “I am the Universe, the Absolute Consciousness”, I am the entire Universe. By repeating this sound, you re-educate your mind to identify not only with your body or your mind, but with an infinite and unlimited reality. The ego gradually melts into universal consciousness, reducing fear, attachment and separation.

The more you recite AHAM BRAHMASMI, the more you integrate the experience of universal Unity. You will begin to perceive that everything in the universe is interconnected and that there is no real separation. By guiding your energy towards the coronal chakra, you will strengthen your confidence and find it easier to let go of what no longer has any reason to exist.

Your hypersensitivity and susceptibility make life difficult so do the following ritual in the morning before you leave for work:

  • Rub the wrists and heart area with a few drops of ANANYA.
  • Extend your arms and rotate your wrists a few times in both directions.
  • Perform an auric massage with MICHAEL spray.
  • Then look at yourself in the mirror, fix your gaze and say 9 x AHAM BRAHMASMI.

If you’re a therapist, you’ll want to help your client let go of their resistance and integrate the care you’re offering them more effectively.

  • Rub your client’s wrists and heart area with a few drops of ANANYA.
  • Then have them breathe in the bottle with their eyes closed, for one minute with their consciousness at heart level, then for 1 minute with their consciousness at 3rd eye level.
